“Lowes Bathroom Floor Tiles” – when I use this term does this conjure up images of locating the ideal resource for toilet floor plans that will somehow magically place your entire bathroom remodeling job all together?
The best way is to produce a rough drawing of the toilet you are remodeling. Do not worry if it isn’t perfect – capture the general shape of your bathroom. When you are finished, the drawing should look like the form of your toilet floor plans.
Now you want to grab an assistant and a tape measure and take measurements of each of the walls in your toilet. You want to be able to use these measurements to create what is called a drawing to use on your toilet floor plans.
Next you can grab some chart paper and design the drawing to scale. If your toilet is a rectangle 10 feet wide by 8 ft draw. You could place this floor plan on a 8 ” x 11″ sheet of chart paper by allowing each inch on the drawing signify one foot on your real floor plan.
You might want to make copies of this floor plan once you’re satisfied that you’ve got the form of the floor plan drawn to scale. You can sketch different fixtures onto one of the copied drawings as a way to erase the fittings.
You can now begin drawing to scale as you can, the basic fixtures that your remodelled bathroom will possess, The sink/vanity unit, the tub/shower, the bathroom and any additional fixtures you need. Mark the location of the primary drain line for reference sake.
You can cut out pieces of paper that the size of your primary fixtures if you would like to attempt “playing around” with the arrangement of the fixtures.
