“Bathroom Floor Runners” – once I use this term does this conjure up images of locating the ideal source for toilet floor plans that will somehow magically put your whole bathroom remodeling project all together?
The best way to begin your toilet floor plans is to make a drawing. Don’t be worried if it isn’t perfect – just capture the shape of your bathroom. The drawing should look like the form of your toilet floor plans when you are finished.
Now take dimensions of all of the walls in your toilet and you wish to grab an assistant and also a tape measure. You wish to be able to use these dimensions to make what’s called a drawing to actually use in your toilet floor plans.
You layout the drawing and can grab some graph paper. Draw a rectangle on the graph paper that’s sized into a scale if your toilet is a rectangle 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep. You can put this floor plan on an 8 ” x 11″ sheet of graph paper by letting each inch on the drawing represent one foot in your real floor plan.
You might want to make copies of this basic floor plan once you’re satisfied that you’ve got the basic form of this floor plan drawn to scale. You can sketch different fixtures onto one of the drawings that are duplicated and be able without repainting the restroom floor plans to erase the fixtures.
Now you can begin drawing to scale as you can, the fixtures that your remodelled bathroom will have, The sink/vanity unit the bathroom and any fixtures you want. Mark the location of the primary drain line for reference sake.
It’s possible to cut out bits of paper the size of your primary fixtures if you want to try “playing around” with the structure of the fixtures.
